Research Profile:

Fang-Ying Chiu, Ph.D., is an assistant professor (No.143914), clinical research fellow in radiologic technologist (No.000264) & radiation protection personnel certificate (No.01268). She has been passionate about teaching since she began enlightening her professional knowledge of inheritance.

 

Dr. Chiu has clinical expertise in advanced neuroimaging techniques, specializing in the scope of advanced imaging, associated with phenotype and morphological changes correlation in tumoral diseases. Her research focuses on radiological imaging implementation, qualitative vs. quantitative image analysis, and translational radiomics imaging biomarkers (TRIB) ® to expand and understand horizons in different diseases.

 

As a clinical scientist, Dr. Chiu's research is dedicated to translational advanced imaging in radiomics and genomics correlation, artificial intelligence application, as well as integration using clinical and radiological sciences. Her independent and collaborative publications apply medical imaging and bioinformatics expertise to investigate disease progression for added value to accelerate bench-to-bedside translational research in precision of medicine.
